Announcing the NYPACE 2025 Impact Report: What Success Looks Like
At NYPACE, we believe that equitable access to business expertise has the power to transform not just growth-ready enterprises, but entire communities. As we reflect on the past year, we are filled with immense gratitude for the entrepreneurs, volunteers, and partners who have helped us redefine what success looks like in 2025.
Today, we are thrilled to share the NYPACE 2025 Impact Report, a celebration of resilience, strategic growth, and the measurable impact of our community.
2025 by the Numbers: Driving Real Growth
Our impact is rooted in data and the tangible growth of the local entrepreneurs we serve. One year after completing our Flagship Program, the results are outstanding:
- 34% Average Revenue Growth: Our participants are positioning themselves for long-term planning and success.
- Job Creation: 52% of our entrepreneurs added a full- or part-time employee within a year of the program.
- Unlocking Capital: Together, our entrepreneurs secured $638,000 in new financing and were awarded $5.7 million in government contracts.
- Proven Stability: We are proud of the 88% survival rate among our 2020 participants, demonstrating the lasting strength and stability our programs provide to local neighborhoods.
Empowering a Diverse Entrepreneurial Ecosystem
NYPACE remains committed to supporting those who form the backbone of our communities. In 2025, our typical entrepreneur participant profile was a six-year-old business generating roughly $183,000 in annual revenue. Of the small businesses we served:
- 84%Â are minority-owned.
- 73%Â are woman-owned.
- 84%Â operate in or serve under-resourced communities.
Volunteers: The Engine of Our Mission
None of this would be possible without our dedicated corporate volunteers. In 2025, 242 volunteers contributed over 6,400 hours of pro bono support, a total cash value exceeding $1.4 million. Notably, we welcomed the highest number of female volunteers in our history—nearly 70 women—reflecting our ongoing commitment to an inclusive ecosystem.
Looking Ahead: Operation Doing More while Reaching More
As we enter the final year of our three-year Strategic Growth Plan, we are well on our way to surpassing our goal of 500 entrepreneur engagements. Our programmatic funding and donations infused NYPACE with over $1.4 million in 2025, keeping us on track to become a multimillion dollar organization by 2026.
In the coming year, we are focused on helping businesses make their first hires, increase capital access, and building the infrastructure needed to reach more entrepreneurs than ever before.
